If you have a domain that lists BulkRegister.com as your point of contact, you may be either a customer of one of their reseller accounts or a reseller of their services.

If you do not know your reseller or who to contact concerning your DNS information, please follow these steps:

1. Type http://bulkregister.com/brwhois.phtml into your browser.
2. Type your domain name into the field on the right side of the screen.
3. Select and click Lookup.
4. The technical contact listed for your domain should be your reseller. If it is not, or if the contact information is invalid, then you will need to contact BulkRegister.com at domainsupport@bulkregister.com.
5. Once you have located your reseller, you will need to find the Web page or email address that will allow you to update your DNS name server information.
6. Replace any existing name server information with the Web Your Business DNS information:

Important: Make sure to include the "ns", "ns2", "ns3", and "ns4" at the beginning of the abovementioned nameserver addresses.
