If you need more users, you can continue adding them to the limit of your account. Each user can be responsible for as many e-mail addresses as you wish. | Should I collect my e-mail from my hosting account, or forward it for collection elsewhere?
Whenever possible, you should always forward your mail off the hosting account server. This is because mail sat on the server counts towards your quota. If you forward all mail to your ISP accounts, you are not affecting your quota, which means you have web space available for your HTML files, graphics, logfiles and CGI-Scripts. This is the intended use of your web account. If your e-mail usage is light, or you have a large account with plenty of disk space, leaving e-mail on the server, or collecting it using our web based e-mail system is fine - otherwise, you may run into quota problems. |

| Can I setup a 'catch-all' e-mail account on my domain?
You certainly can! On one of your accounts, preferably one that is forwarded, add the alias '@yourdomain.com'. This is your catch-all account now, and all mail for your domain will be recieved at this account. This kind of e-mail account will over-ride ALL aliases you have defined to be redirected elsewhere! |

| Someone sending me e-mail tells me that they get a denied message?
We do not block e-mail from hosts often, but it does happen. When we receive a significant amount of e-mail from addresses at hosts which appear to be setup purely for spamming, we put this host (and all derivatives and sub-hosts/sub-domains) in our block list. The list of blocked hosts is:
